Refund policy

 

At QUADE, we want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or hats unless faulty.

To start a return, please email Info@quadeclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an item that’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it quickly.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service so you know it gets back to us safely.
