At QUADE, we want you to love your order as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
Returns
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging still attached.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or hats unless faulty.
• To start a return, please email Info@quadeclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If you’ve received an item that’s faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it quickly.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service so you know it gets back to us safely.
