• We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping times vary depending on location (typically 5–14 working days).

Delays
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control (strikes, customs delays, weather disruptions, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Parcels
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.
