Shipping policy

At QUADE, we know you’re excited to receive your order — here’s everything you need to know about shipping.



Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.



UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.



International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Shipping times vary depending on location (typically 5–14 working days).

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.



Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.



Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier or events beyond our control (strikes, customs delays, weather disruptions, etc.).

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help.



Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to locate it. Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
